Data collected

When you use the contact form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number if provided, the subject of your request and your message.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used solely to respond to your request and, where appropriate, to send you a proposal. Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box provided in the form.

Recipients and retention period

The data is intended for POWERPLAN and is never sold or transferred. It is hosted in France and Europe by IONOS. It is kept for three years from our last exchange, then deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to us via the contact form or by post to our registered office. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

Cookies

This website uses Google Analytics to measure its audience, only if you agree. By default, no analytics cookie is set (Google consent mode, denied by default). Your choice is kept for six months, after which you will be asked again. You can change it at any time using the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page. Refusing deletes any analytics cookies already set.

The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which analyses interaction with the page to tell humans from bots. Its use is subject to Google’s privacy policy and terms of service.
