Our approach
OPC (scheduling, steering and coordination) organises the contractors’ work on site: sequencing of tasks, coordination of trades, anticipation of bottlenecks. Our OPC coordinators keep the schedule up to date with site teams and raise the alarm as soon as a delay threatens a milestone.
